這天晚上3~5點肚子真是痛死了, 又疴又吐的,寶寶在肚子裡轉來轉去,還以為要生了,但是只有個月左右, 這天中午圖書館走回家的時候右下腹就開始痛到不得了,這几天右腳走路都走不了,坐下來,或躺下還沒那麼痛,12號產檢問護士醫生就說只會叫我去急診,真是垃圾到不得了,就只會那几個步驟聽完bb心跳打張單就完事…還好過了一個星期現在不怎麼痛了,聽說應該是bb轉頭壓住神經線了..

主料:花生仁(生)250克
調料:白砂糖200克,蜂蜜150克,豬油(煉製)或食用油30克

製作方法:

1.烘烤花生米:把花生米攤放在鐵盤內入爐烘烤,烘至花生達到七成熟,顏色仍呈白色時,就可以拿出來了。將花生米去掉米,碾碎成小塊,大小看個人口味。

2.化糖:在不銹鋼鍋內放入糖和水,加熱化糖,邊加熱邊攪拌不要糊鍋,慢慢的糖溶成糖膏,顏色淡黃,用筷子蘸下能拔細絲,馬上加一些大油或豬油或食用油都可以,保證做出來的花生糖酥脆,有光澤。攪拌均勻,看看顏色金黃的時候放入2大勺蜂蜜,攪拌一下2、3分鐘就可以從火上拿下來,馬上把花生仁倒進去。

特別說明蜂蜜的選擇很重要,我用的是荊條全結晶蜂蜜,出來的效果很好,比較稠。味兒也香。

還有個蜂蜜的小常識,蜂蜜在高溫下營養會被破壞,所以在做這個糖的時候是迫不得已在加熱的時候放進去的,平時吃蜂蜜一定要用30度以下的溫水沖飲。

最好選擇天然的無加工過的蜂蜜,例如像超市賣的普遍是高溫濃縮過的蜂蜜,購買的時候要仔細挑選。

糖也很有講究,不同的糖熬出來的效果不一樣,口感也不一樣。

經過後來又多次製作,得出來的結論是:綿白糖熬出來的花生糖比較脆顏色發白;白砂糖熬出來的口感比較綿軟,顏色更黃一些;如果覺得做出來的花生糖比較甜,可以加上一些鹽減輕他的甜度。

稍微加上一點鮮奶,甜度也會降低,糖做出來要軟,這個最關鍵的還是要掌握好熬糖的火候。太稀無法凝結,太稠就沒有辦法再拌進去花生了。

3.拌料:向糖鍋裡倒入熟花生米後要快速攪拌,邊冷卻邊折疊糖,使花生米和糖混合均勻並排除夾入的空氣。然後挪到桌子上上擀開。

4.壓片,切塊:把倒出來的還熱的花生糖堆儿壓成一片,要快速不然糖馬上會變涼就硬了,比好厚度尺寸用刀切成一塊塊兒的,大小看個人喜好了。

5.靜靜的等糖自己冷卻掉就可以吃了。

整個過程耗時40分鐘。

昨晚坐在公園裡,bb在睡覺,剩著涼風之際突然看到在點小綠光圍著身邊團來團去呢, 細看下原來一只螢火蟲,剛好這是八月中旬呢,雖然只有一只,但那點光看起來真的很光很亮,(又有點詭異..)就像傳說中的螢光綠色呢,這是我們第一次看到哦-.-!

好辛苦,每天打嗝想吐就是吐不出來,去看醫生驗孕想確認下,以為証實了可以去醫院檢查, 但是那個黃線醫生的驗孕東東又驗不出來,跟我說什麼下個星期再驗過, 那個破東西驗不出來就跟我說什麼如果真的懷孕了這胎也很弱,真他奶奶的垃圾醫生,都2個月了,想確認下又驗不到! 難道要等到3個月才能開始產檢嗎??????….也不想想我這麼擔心&辛苦!

昨天又跟他吵,原因就是因為我沒胃口又想吐決定不了吃什麼東西,討論了很長時間吃什麼比較省錢, 那個店的東東會比較好吃, 討論個屁啊呀!! 我整天都沒胃口,胃都反了似的, 難得那天想吃點東東, 又要討論什麼麥當勞還是KFC; 自己煮還是外帶比較化算, 大熱天時又要我自己跑去中區買KFC, 我連站起來都頭暈眼花! 他是瘋了嗎!!! 老娘我只是想吃個lunch而已!!!! 最後我就call了個外賣自己吃, 他奶奶的說不要我就自己吃光光!! 然後他又自己關進房間, 
那個幼稚asshold!!!! 氣得我跑了回娘家,也不體諒下我!! 電話也不給個, 那個a jeo si !!

怎麼也好, 生活還是要繼續, 看來我又要死死氣地回去!!…..

他要決定什麼也好, 現在的我只希望有個可愛健康的寶寶!

1..懷孕時不能吃木瓜、麻油、薏仁,只是怕引起子宮收縮腹痛,不會影響胎兒,喝了很多木瓜牛奶如無上述不適,不需擔心。
2.懷孕飲食禁忌:煙、酒、毒品,有可能造成胎兒體重過輕,發育不良,甚至先天異常,應盡量避免。辛辣與刺激性的食物會造成胃腸蠕動加速,脹氣等不適,痔瘡發作機會增加,也應避免。
食品方面:薏仁、洛神、蕃紅花、山楂、馬齒莧(易造成流產)荳芽菜、茄子、黑木耳(改變荷爾蒙)麻醬麵、麻油(因為比較燥熱,容易上火)洋芋片、蜜餞、蘆薈(輕則拉肚子,重則脫水,甚至癌症)芋頭(毒性強)
海鮮方面:螃鱈魚、吞拿魚、蟹、螺肉、生魚片、內臟、甲殼類
肉類方面:兔肉、鴨肉、山羊肉、內臟、雀肉飲酒
水果方面:木瓜、柿子、芒果(會改變寶寶的膚色) 柳橙、菜頭、香蕉、西瓜、鳳梨、橘子(太涼容易造成腹瀉)
飲品方面:酒精、咖啡、茶葉、飲料、可樂、汽水、
中藥方面:射干、大黃、芒硝;番瀉葉、蘆薈、甘遂、大戟、芫花、巴豆、牽牛子、商陸、千金子、瞿麥、附子、烏頭、蒲黃、乳香、沒藥、三棱、莪朮、虎杖、桃仁、牛膝、穿山甲、蟅蟲、水蛭、虻蟲、凌霄花、王不留行、劉寄奴、蘇木、干漆、天南星、白附子、蜈蚣、麝香、禹餘糧、硫黃、砒石、輕粉、皂礬、斑螫、蟾蜍、馬錢子、樟腦。
在西藥方面,下面這些藥物應特別注意:
1.初孕3個月內禁用藥:如氨甲喋呤、氮芥、敏克靜、苯妥英鈉、丙脒腙以及抗凝血藥等。消膽胺、速尿、優降寧、保泰松、心得安等一定禁月用。
2.整個妊娠期禁用或慎用藥:口服降糖藥如甲黃丁脲、氯磺丙脲; 抗感染藥如鏈黴素、四環素;影響內分泌的藥物如丙酸睾丸素、已烯雌酚、他巴唑、丙基硫氧嘧啶以及腎目上腺皮質激素類藥物。
3.妊娠後期至接近分娩時的禁用藥物:麥角新堿類峻瀉藥、奎寧、奎尼丁、巴比妥類及其它鎮靜催眠藥,氯黴素、磺胺類、嗎啡、利血平類藥物。另外,阿斯匹林類藥物對胎兒及孕婦有危險性,也應禁用或慎用。除此之外藥物的品種很多,尤其是各種新藥上市很快,孕婦在使用藥物前應向醫生諮詢後使用。
一、不宜高脂肪飲食:
醫學家指出,脂肪本身雖不會致癌,但長期嗜食高脂肪食物,會使大腸內的膽酸和中性膽固醇濃度增加,這些物質的蓄積能誘發結腸癌。同時,高脂肪食物能增加催乳激素的合成,促使發生乳腺癌,不利母嬰健康。大量醫學研究資料還證實,乳腺癌、卵巢癌和宮頸癌具有家族遺傳傾向,而且與長期高脂肪膳食有關。如果孕婦嗜食高脂肪食物,勢必增加女兒罹患生殖系統癌瘤的危險。
二、不宜高蛋白飲食:
醫學研究認為,蛋白質供應不足,易使孕婦體力衰弱,胎兒生長緩慢,產後恢復遲緩,乳汁分泌稀少。故孕婦每日蛋白質的需要量應達90-100克。但是,孕期高蛋白飲食可影響孕婦的食欲,增加胃腸道的負擔,並影響其他營養物質攝入,使飲食營養失去平衡。研究證實,過多地攝入蛋白質,人體內可產生大量的硫化氫、組織胺等有害物質,容易引起腹脹、食欲減退、頭暈、疲倦等現象。同時,蛋白質攝入過量,不僅可造成血中的氮質增高,而且也易導致膽固醇增高,加重腎臟腎小球濾過功能的負擔。還有學者認為,蛋白質過多地積存於人體結締組織內,可引起組織和器宮的變性,易使人罹患癌症。
三、不易高糖飲食:
義大利比薩國家研究院的醫學家們發現,血糖偏高組的孕婦生出體重過高胎兒的可能性、胎兒先天畸形的發生率、出現妊娠高血壓綜合症或需要剖腹產的機會,分別是血糖偏低組孕婦的3倍、7倍和2倍。另一方面,孕婦在妊娠期腎排糖功能可有不同程度的降低,如果血糖過高則會加重孕婦的腎臟負擔,不利孕期保健。大量醫學研究表明,攝入過多的糖分會削弱人體的免疫力,使孕婦機體抗病力降低,易受細菌、病毒感染,不利優生。
四、不宜高鈣飲食:
孕婦盲目地攝入高鈣飲食,如大量加服鈣片、維生素D等,對胎兒有害無益。營養學家認為,孕婦補鈣過量,胎兒有可能得高血鈣症;出世後,患兒會囟門過早關閉、顎骨變寬而突出、鼻樑前傾、主動脈窄縮等,既不利於孩子的生長發育,又有損後代的容顏美。一般說來,孕婦在妊娠早期每日需鈣量為800毫克,後期可增加到1100毫克,這並不需要特別補充,只要從日常的乳製品、魚、肉、蛋等食物中合理攝取就夠了。
五、不宜過度鹹食:
有些孕婦由於飲食習慣嗜好鹹食,尤其是北方居民較嚴重。現代醫學研究認為,食鹽量與高血壓發病率有一定關係,食鹽攝入越多,發病率越高。眾所周知,妊娠高血壓綜合症是孕期婦女特有的一種疾病,其主要症狀為浮腫、高血壓和蛋白尿,嚴重者可伴有頭痛、眼花、胸悶、暈眩等自覺症狀,甚至發生子癇而危及母嬰安康。孕婦過度咸食容易引發妊娠高血壓綜合征,因此,北京天倫不孕不育醫院孕育專家建議孕婦每日食鹽攝入量應為6克左右。
六、不宜嗜食酸性飲食:
孕婦在妊娠早期可出現挑食、食欲不振、噁心、嘔吐等早孕症狀,不少人嗜好酸性飲食。然而,聯邦德國有關科學家研究發現,妊娠初期如果母體大量攝入酸性藥物或其他酸性物質,可能會影響胚胎細胞的正常分裂增殖與發育生長,並易誘發遺傳物質突變,導致胎兒畸形。隨著胎兒日趨發育成熟,其組織細胞內的酸鹼度與母體逐步接近,受影響的程度會逐漸減小。因此,孕婦在妊娠初期不宜多用酸性藥物或酸性飲食。
七、不宜濫服溫熱補品:
孕婦由於周身的血液循環系統血流量明顯增加,心臟負擔加重,子宮頸、陰道壁和輸卵管等部位的血管也處於擴張、充血狀態,加上孕婦內分泌功能旺盛,分泌的醛固醇增加,容易導致水、鈉瀦留而產生水腫、高血壓等病症。再者,孕婦由於胃酸分泌量減少,胃腸道功能減弱,會出現食欲不振、胃部脹氣、便秘等現象。在這種情況下,如果孕婦經常服用溫熱性的補藥、補品,比如人參、鹿茸、鹿胎膠、鹿角膠、桂圓、荔枝、胡桃肉等,勢必導致陰虛陽亢、氣機失調、氣盛陰耗、血熱妄行,加劇孕吐、水腫、高血壓、便秘等症狀,甚至引發流產或死胎等。
八、不宜食用黴變食品:
當孕婦食用了被黴菌毒素污染的農副產品和食品,不僅會發生急性或慢性食物中毒,甚至可殃及胎兒。因為在妊娠早期的2-3個月,胚胎著床發育,胚體細胞正處高度增殖、分化階段,黴菌毒素的侵害可使染色體斷裂或畸變,導致產生遺傳性疾病或胎兒畸形,如先天性心臟病、先天愚型等,有的甚至使胎兒停止發育而發生死胎、流產。另一方面,在妊娠中後期,由於胎兒各器官功能尚不完善,特別是肝、腎的功能十分脆弱,黴菌毒素也會對胎兒產生毒性作用。大量醫學研究資料證實,黴菌毒素是一種強致癌物質,可使母胎患肝癌、胃癌等。此外,如果母體因食物中毒而發生昏迷、嘔吐等症狀,也對胎兒的生長發育極為不利。
九、不宜長期素食:
有些孕婦為了追求孕期的體態“健美”,或由於經濟條件限制,長期素食,這不利於胎兒的生長發育。據研究認為,孕期不注意營養,由於蛋白質供給不足,可使胎兒腦細胞數目減少,影響日後的智力,還可使胎兒發生畸形或營養不良。如果脂肪攝入不足,容易導致低體重胎兒的出生,嬰兒抵抗力低下,存活率較低;對於孕婦來說,也可能發生貧血、水腫和高血壓。日本醫學家研究發現,吃素食的婦女所生的嬰兒,由於缺乏維生素B12,往往會患不可逆的腦損害,嬰兒出生三個月後,就逐漸顯示出感情淡漠,喪失控制頭部穩定的能力,出現頭和腕等不自主運動;如不及時治療,易引起巨幼細胞性貧血和顯著的神經系統損害。
十、不宜喝刺激性飲料:
醫學研究證實,孕婦飲酒後酒精可通過胎盤進人胎兒體內,直接對胎兒產生毒害作用,不僅使胎兒發育緩慢,而且可造成某些器官的畸形與缺陷,如小頭、小眼、下巴短、腦扁平窄小、身子短,甚至發生心臟和四肢的畸形;有的胎兒出生後則表現為智力遲鈍、愚頑、易生病等,甚至造成後代終身病廢。
而孕婦飲濃茶,由於茶中含有大量的單寧,能和食物中的蛋白質結合,變成不溶解的單寧酸鹽,單寧也可同食物中的其他營養成分凝集而沉澱,影響孕婦、胎兒對蛋白質、鐵、維生素等營養元素的吸收利用,進而發生營養不良。茶葉中還含有多量的鞣酸,有收斂作用,影響腸道的蠕動,易使孕婦發生便秘。孕婦多飲汽水,可造成體內缺鐵而貧血,對母兒均不利。此外,孕婦多喝冷飲,多吃涼食,可出現胎動不安和孕婦發生腹痛腹瀉等症狀。

紅豆糕

         今日蒸個好啱農曆新年食嘅甜糕,就係紅豆糕喇!食過紅豆糕,自然鴻運當頭,福星高照!

材料:
紅豆          150 克
粘米粉      113 克
糖              225 克
水              1000 毫升
油              2 湯匙

以上材料份量可做 8 吋半 x 4 吋半 x 2 吋長型糕 1 底。

– 紅豆洗乾淨,用清水浸過夜。

– 將紅豆放入煲內,倒入 750 毫升清水,煲滾後用慢火繼續煮至豆腍。

– 加入糖拌勻,煮至完全溶解。與此同時,將剩餘嘅水與粘米粉混合,拌勻成粉漿。

– 將粉漿倒入紅豆糖水內,混合好之後加入油,拌勻。

– 當紅豆粉漿煮至濃稠時便可熄火,將佢倒入已搽油嘅模內,隔水蒸約 1 個鐘至熟。

tips:
– 煮紅豆時,當水份與豆齊面即代表紅豆已經者腍。

– 煮紅豆粉漿時記得用慢火兼不停攪拌,以免黐底。

– 將糕放入雪櫃雪一晚,第二日先至切件煎香會比較實淨,無咁易爛。

紅豆糕- 美食製作

製作方法一主要配料:紅豆250克,沸水4杯,水1/2杯,糖3/4杯或隨量粘米粉1/2杯,澄麵粉1/4杯, 2湯匙,馬蹄粉一斤,一斤粉5斤水,用半斤糖。製作步驟:1、紅豆沖淨,揀去雜物,用冷水浸2小時,瀝水。拌勻2種干粉。2、3公升深鍋內放入紅豆,加沸水4杯,蓋好,大火熱5分鐘水便燒開。改用中火(70%火力)煮40分鐘,再用大火熱20分鐘。這時鍋內水分約有1杯,泌出豆汁,紅豆留用。3、大碗內加水1/2杯與粘米粉及澄面和勻,加入沸騰之紅豆汁1杯。4、拌糖及油入紅豆內使溶化,慢慢注下粉漿,不停攪拌至均勻。 5、倒紅豆糕糊進已塗油之長盤(21×11×6厘米)內,用膠膜包緊,四角蓋以鋁箔,啞面向外。6、置糕盤近轉盤邊沿處,大火熱8分鐘,將糕盤作180度之位置轉移,繼用中火(70%火力)熱7分鐘。擱置待冷後切塊供食。



紅豆糕鮮奶紅豆糕

製作方法二

步驟:  
1、將大約半斤的紅豆用清水洗乾淨,再用大約三至四湯匙鹼水加水浸大概半小時,就可以把紅豆放進鍋裡煮至變軟出沙了。若想吃的時候口感更加軟滑,便要將紅豆去殼,做成紅豆沙
2、用手狂抓紅豆,令紅豆的殼和沙分開,再用隔水用的勺子將殼隔出,之後就可以隔沙了。隔沙要用一個專門的袋子(可用密度比較高的布自行縫製),把紅豆沙倒進袋中,把水擰乾,就可得出純正的紅豆沙了;
3、在此同時,可以用將片糖煮開(糖的用量要因量而定),然後倒入事先裝好的粘米粉中(用量為一包),搞勻。然後將大約四分一調好的糯米粉放進紅豆沙中,再加適量的水開至糊狀,最後加適量的白砂糖,搞勻;
4、一層一層地下用料:先下一半糯米粉蒸,等粉結成糕狀,就可以下紅豆沙,整齊鋪好後再蓋鍋,最後再把最後的一層粘米粉鋪上,蒸至熟便可。

製作方法三

清甜紅豆糕的製作材料:
主料:赤小豆100克,荸薺粉 350克
調料:冰糖150克,植物油20克

清甜紅豆糕的做法:
1.紅豆洗乾淨後浸2小時,隔去水分,然後放入煲內,加水5杯煮滾,改慢火再煮至紅豆開花(約要1小時)。
2.隔出紅豆水分,約有水2杯,若不夠可用滾水補充。
3.將紅豆水、紅豆和冰糖煮溶,加入油拌勻。
4.荸薺粉用水1杯開溶,徐徐倒入糖水內攪至稠(慢火),倒入糕盆內,旺火隔水蒸30分鐘,冷去後,放入冰箱,可隨時切件享用。

紅豆糕桂花紅豆糕

製作方法四

糯香紅豆糕的做法
材料:糯米粉200克,米粉300克,糖180克,紅豆100克,水300ml,桂花適量
步驟:
1、紅豆加水用高壓鍋煮,冒氣後用小火壓15-20分鐘。撩出紅豆瀝乾。
2、糯米粉,米粉,混合均勻。放入糖,桂花,紅豆拌勻,然後加入水拌勻,用手把大塊的粉糰搓開。
3、8寸比撒深盆,墊上錫紙,用油抹過,把混合的粉糰壓入模具中,大火蒸半小時即可。提示:可以用煮紅豆的水,既不浪費,味道又好。中途加一次水,免得煮幹哦。切的時候上面放上保鮮膜再切,這樣不會粘刀。這次的米糕和已往的不同,已往的水都是很少的,這次是多水的,但是粉糰還是捏不成大的團的,只是很多小團而已。製作方法五

原料:紅豆餡 250克(超市有賣現成的),瓊脂適量(小半個飯碗),糖桂花少許
製作方法:
1、瓊脂用涼水泡軟(最少半小時),然後加入用小火煮15分鐘,直至瓊脂幾乎溶化。煮瓊脂的器具事先必須要洗淨,不能有油。
2、豆沙或豆餡放在一個大碗裡,把瓊脂水倒進去,攪拌均勻,再加一點點糖桂花調味(因為市場上買回的豆沙或豆餡已經放好糖,所以自己不用放糖了。如果是自己做的豆沙或豆餡,可以根據口味加糖。)如果家裡有食品攪拌器,可以直接把豆沙和瓊脂水倒進去打一下。然後就可以倒入平底的盤中,在室溫下放涼、結成凍之後後,放入冰箱冷蔵。吃的時候劃成菱形或小方塊即可。

很多人都在找高清補丁,看到這個就跟大家分享下吧。在此著名是蜉蝣大大那裡看到的,我只是搬家給需要的親們。因為沒看到大大在這裡分享。
我試了,發覺比補丁的好,因為沒出現問題。之前下載補丁會出現問題。

方法:
用txt打开X:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\sims3\Game\Bin目录里的GraphicsRules.sgr文件,
搜到prop $ConfigGroup RenderSimTextureSizes "2048, 2048, 512, 128"这条,

第一个2048替换成掛號四個的其中一個(2560、3072、3584、4096)即可。
親們更改前思考機子負擔得到嗎哦。

問:是4个数值都改,还是就改第一个2048呢?

搜到prop $ConfigGroup RenderSimTextureSizes "2048, 2048, 512, 128"  只是改第一個2048 哦。2048改成這四個選一個(4096、2560、3072、3584)。就像原本的補丁一樣^^
